We had a fabulous time!  We enjoyed the pros in Mallorca—so much tennis talent as well as very fun and jovial people! Dinner at Rafa’s restaurant was spectacular!

The French Open, and walking the streets of Paris right out our hotel front door was a highlight we will never forget.

Both hotels were top notch, and we loved that Wild West took care of so many of the travel details, so we were free to enjoy the experience itself. Mostly, both the participants and pros in the Wild West camp were so friendly and fun! Thanks for the memories!

Excellent, Excellent. As a full time working mom with kids still at home, I was so happy I did not have to think about plans. Most of the stuff was laid out for me. I did stuff, played tennis and rested, both emotionally and physically. Wonderful.

You cannot go wrong being on this trip. The setting is wonderful and the staff at the Protur is incredible. The only decisions you have to make each day are what to wear and what to eat. What is scheduled is arranged well and full of fun.

The sights - whether with the group or just walking or biking on your own - are wonderful. The history of the island is fun to know about given its Mediterranean location, too.

The camp was great, as usual. Excellent teaching. I enjoyed each individual coach and their different styles. I learned something from each one. The Nadal Academy was well run and very focused drilling. I loved it. Got my butt kicked by Gary and who ever he was playing with, but enjoyed it anyway. The Bon voyage Party was super, I think the conga line was superior although I didn't really see it. Island tour was great. If anyone didn't enjoy this Wild west Adventure in Mallorca , they can Pogue Mahone.

I’m still smiling from all my memories of our Mallorca/Paris trip especially the farewell party. Seeing Mike lead the cha cha line still makes me laugh!!

Our hotels couldn’t have been better. The food was way above average in Sa Coma, and the location in Paris was perfect!

The balance between tennis and free time worked for all of us. Those who wanted more tennis seemed to easily match up and had plenty of time, and free courts to meet their needs.

Thanks, you two, for offering the boat trips and side tours. The dinner cruise on the Seine was my favorite!

Thanks Steve, I won't be making the Mallorca trip next year although I very much enjoyed the trip this year.

I found Wild West Tennis’ camp that I attended in Mallorca to be a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience. The instructors were excellent, and I was very impressed by how patient, caring, and knowledgeable each of them was. They each focused on a different aspect of the game that is integral to becoming a complete player. It’s important to not only know what to do on the court when a ball is coming at you, but to be able to have multiple tools to use to make the best shot the situation calls for. The instruction was designed to add more tools to our toolbox and to be able to use them effectively. Even though I was one of the better players in the group, I still left with some very valuable tips and insights that I could immediately apply to improve my effectiveness on the court.

I was very happy with how well organized the entire trip was, including our sojourn to Paris for the French Open. The balance between court time, leisure activities, and the opportunity to tour such a beautiful island was optimal. The hotel was within walking distance of numerous red clay courts that we had access to for the four days we played there. To be able to walk to the courts was so convenient. It also made it easier to get in some extra playing time outside of the program, which I really appreciated. And if the tennis wasn’t enjoyable enough, the icing on the cake was how great the group of people were that participated in the program. I met some wonderful people who were a delight to spend such concentrated, quality time together.

Steve and his lovely wife Dorothy run an excellent program that is very well organized. It’s evident how much they love tennis and enjoy creating wonderful tennis-centric experiences around the world. I would highly recommend attending one or more of Steve’s camps.

What a memorable tennis vacation on the beautiful island of Mallorca! We loved our time on the clay courts. The teaching pros mixed in great instruction with humor and encouragement. We thoroughly enjoyed the other “campers.” Our group field trip to Rafa’s academy/shop/museum was OVER the TOP!

Mark is finally back from his bear hunting trip and I am home from visiting parents in Eugene. We were sharing some highlights of our fantastic trip to Spain and Paris with family and friends and couldn’t say enough good things about how it was perfect!! You both do such a great job organizing and making sure everything runs so smoothly with great accommodations, fun excursions and a super tennis camp! All of our instructors were awesome and I have come away with many good tips on improving my tennis game.A big highlight for me was going to the Nadal Academy and playing on his clay courts and getting some instruction from his staff. Will always remember the 7 course luncheon we had there as well! Paris and going to French Open was a dream that I can check off my bucket list! We are all so lucky to experience this.Mark not being a tennis player was never bored because there were so many things to explore on Mallorca while we were at camp and lots of activities as a group after camp. We liked your meet and greet party and the ending party with the wonderful violin player too! You both have put so much thought into making this a wonderful experience!!Thanks for giving us some wonderful memories!!

I am sure the tennis camp was awesome, because that is how Steve does it! I enjoyed spending time with Dorothy, looking at Sa Coma, the shops, Hotels, and beaches, and of course, just talking. I met lots of new people, and got to see familiar faces from other trips. It is so interesting hearing other people's stories and life experiences. The group actvities from the Welcome party, to the Nadal Academy, the Boat trip in Mallorca, the Island tour on several means of transport, watching some excellent tennis, and the fun Bon Voyage Party with wonderful food, awesome musical entertainment, including conga line and other dancing (The Women Rocked!), were all fantastic and I don't think I could pick a favorite. Steve and Dorothy know how to plan an adventure.

In my 30+ years of tennis, I have done many local camps in the Seattle area but never a tour. I have always planned my own vacations, so when my friend asked me to join her on the Wild West Tennis trip to Mallorca and Paris, I was a bit reluctant, not quite knowing what to expect.

Any reservations I had, quickly disappeared. Steve Vaughan from the get go, answered all my questions and provided answers to questions I did not even know to ask.

The trip was well planned and flexible. Steve provided opportunities to join in extra events or to opt out if you had other interests you wanted to pursue.Besides the high quality of tennis instruction, first class accommodations and interesting extra activities, my biggest take away from the trip was the sense of community that was built by both Steve and Dorothy. They were so welcoming and supportive and created an environment that fostered friendships. I have already been in contact with some of my fellow travelers since I have returned. I am hoping to meet up with them again on a future Wild West Tennis Tour.Thank you Steve and Dorothy for an experience of a lifetime!
